Strength 'n' Stretch

  • Body Blast is carefully programmed to work at 70-80% of your max heart rate: the endurance zone.
  • To stay in the endurance zone this workout incorporates 30 minutes of steady-state cardio followed by resistance and core exercises that focus on stamina (more reps.) not strength.
  • Through this class you will train your body to burn fat for fuel, feel noticeably more energized and attain a lower resting heart rate.
  • A total body workout!

Strength 'n' Stretch

  • A fusion of stretch and gentle strength work using body weight and light weights.
  • Both static and dynamic stretches are used to release tension in the body. To balance out the equation we carefully strengthen the muscles around those tight and sore joints to support further movement. 
  • This class melds together gentle, fluid stretching, with focused, controlled strength exercises. Core exercises are also incorporated.
  • Perfect for anyone wanting to begin strength training as well as being an ideal complement to any balanced workout program.

Mat Pilates

Strength 'n' Stretch

  • A full body workout focusing on the main principles of Pilates: that of keeping your “powerhouse” engaged, achieving your longest “line”, and stretching your limbs
  • Through this class your muscles will become longer and leaner. As well, it will help to improve posture, relieve back pain, and strengthen your core. 
  • Using only your body, challenge yourself to master the principle movements in a Pilates floor workout and so much more!
  • Get the abs you always dreamed of. 

Equipment Pilates

  • Light weights, bands, and Pilates balls and rings are used to enhance the Pilates workout.
  • With focus on precision, concentration and control this class adds variety to the mat routine putting your skills to the test by incorporating equipment.
  • No two classes are ever the same.

Body Sculpt

Pure Stretch

  • Weights are beneficial at any age, but are critical at 40+ for bone density.
  • After a 10-15 minute cardio warmup we get right to work using a variety of equipment but always incorporating “heavy” weights.
  • Squats, leg raises, shoulder presses, glute exercises and much more. Always varied, always challenging.
  • Classes are taught to accommodate all fitness levels and challenges are tailored to your specific level. Suitable for beginners to athletes.
  • Define and refine your whole body!

Pure Stretch

Pure Stretch

  • A gentle hour spent stretching stiff muscles and relieving aches and pains.
  • Shoulders, neck, back, core, hips, hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, and literally every other muscle group and joint you can think of is worked on in a choreographed fashion to keep your movements fluid and relaxed.
  • Stretching from your head all the way down to your toes.
  • The most relaxing and restorative hour you’ll ever have, and your body will thank you for it!

Dance Jam

  • Melt away the pounds in a dance/aerobics/Zumba fashion to music’s greatest hits.
  • Mini, easy-to-follow, dance routines for each song. ZERO dancing experience required.
  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously so this is a super fun way to get in a cardio workout.
  • Suitable for all fitness levels, but you will work up a sweat!

Body Mashup 101

  • A class that offers it all with beginners in mind.

Body Conditioning

  • A varied cardio and resistance workout focused on agility and balance.
  • Utilize stability balls, gliders, bars, light weights and much more to execute slow, precise movements.
  • Balancing exercises and single leg exercises are performed to strengthen your body’s small stabilizing muscles around your ankles and knees.
  • This class is designed to help you perform exercises in a more effective manner through improved body awareness and to achieve greater balance and overall body strength.
