The 411 on E-Fitness

How we're working to keep you safe and comfortable "post" COVID

  • Hybrid instruction model: the live classes run in the studio will also be directly connected to our online members who wish to stay at home in this new world (it works when you go on vacation too!). Your membership entitles you to in-person classes, at home online classes, or a combination of the two!
  • Full AV setup so that both in-person an online members get the full experience with as strong an internet connection as we can get, carefully balanced music, clear instructions, and limited to no background noise.
  • Markers on the floor set 8ft apart so that you can safely workout without a mask.
  • Industrial fogger used between classes in the studio and in the equipment room to insure proper sanitization of public spaces.


The Perks of E-Fitness

  • Ample free parking at the church and on neighbouring streets.
  • Like having a personal trainer but in a group setting. Injuries and limitations are always acknowledged with adaptations made and options given.
  • Ability to get your weekly workout in one spot with 8 different class offerings per week.
